Please ensure to bring any of the following you require:
- Any medications you are taking
- Any requested X-rays and/or CAT scans
- Insurance details (including authorisation for Workers Compensation or 3rd Party claims)
- Your Pension Card, Healthcare Card, Medicare Card, Repatriation Entitlement Card and Safety Net Card
- Personal toiletries and nightwear if staying overnight.
- Rehabilition patients are required to bring day clothes and all medications you are presently taking, along with any repeat prescriptions.
