Hunter Valley Private Hospital’s 21 bed Medical unit is located on level 1.

The unit has 12 private rooms, 4 double accommodation rooms and a dedicated Palliative care suite.

You are cared for in modern, comfortable home like surroundings.

We have a sitting area for patients and their visitors with views over the suburbs to the mountains, a library and internet access on request. Artworks, photos and poetry form a tribute to Douglas Mawson and his Antarctic expedition which is fitting to our address in Mawson Street which was named in his honour.
